We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Mckeon Group Accounts and Administration team on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Sales Invoices
  • Debtors management and chasing outstanding balances due
  • Updating ERP bank and cashbook on a daily basis
  • Setting up Jobs on the ERP system
  • Managing Subcontractor Ledger and setting up new subcontractors
  • Preparation of monthly subcontractor payment run
  • Preparation of monthly RCT return to Revenue

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping/accounts administrator role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Software (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong numerical ability and highly attentive to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required - must speak English fluently.
  • Previous experience working in the construction sector and/or working with Subcontractors / RCT would be an advantage.
  • Possess strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff and sub-contractors.
  • Should be honest, flexible, reliable and willing to carry out other duties as may be assigned to you by the company from time to time. Such work can be outside the area of your normal duties.
  • Own transport to and from work.
