What's the Opportunity?
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bid Executive to assist in the preparation of ‘best in class’ marketing and bid content. We are a digital-first organisation that has evolved through innovation and progressive leadership; we work hard to ensure we fulfil our promise to plan, communicate and deliver projects of the highest standard with an emphasis on safety, sustainability and quality.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of the group. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work with a very diverse skillset in this industry and have available to them senior staff and engineers working in construction, electrical, AV, smart building, mechanical and facilities management disciplines. Mentoring and further training will be provided; this role will provide an excellent opportunity for progress within the organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the bid and project teams to coordinate the preparation of proposals and operational documentation
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to write creative, clear content for emails, landing pages, videos and online campaigns that meet the brand's goals and objectives
- Compile, edit, and proofread commercial proposals that contain technical content and designs, ensuring that they are presented in a professional and concise manner
- Help create content for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end users to project managers, consultant engineers, clients, and architects
- Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
- Ensure accurate version control and audit trail
- Support prequal, tender, post-bid presentations and operational documentation
- Post-tender debriefs and lessons learned sessions
Skills / Experience / Qualifications Required
- Ability to deliver high-quality content, paying attention to detail
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Must have exemplary, clear and professional communication skills (written and oral)
- Extremely proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, namely Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat Pro, will be a distinct advantage
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Self-starter capable of working independently and ensuring that deadlines are met
