What’s the Opportunity?

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with experience as skilled Construction General Operatives to join our team and assist us in ensuring we fulfil our promise to plan, communicate and deliver projects of the highest standard with an emphasis on safety, sustainability and quality. The role will involve working on a variety of construction sites in Dublin and Leinster. The role will also involve assisting Site Manager with admin / supervisory duties as required.

Level:

Reporting to Site Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • General and skilled labouring duties on site
  • Ensuring Site Housekeeping is up to standard
  • Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager include but are not limited to opening and locking up sites from time to time, controlling site admission and log-ins, coordinating deliveries, etc.
  • Site administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Candidates must be competent and experienced in working on Construction sites
  • A variety of construction skills is desirable, e.g. tiling, carpentry, painting, flooring, etc.
  • Candidates must have an excellent command of the English language and be capable of completing the required daily paperwork
  • Current Safe Pass essential
  • Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels Training and Mobile Tower Scaffold CSCS desirable but not essential
  • Should be honest, flexible, hardworking, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • References will be required
  • Full clean driver’s licence
  • Own transport is a must as the work will involve working on different sites in the Greater Dublin area

Salary

DOE, Starting from €39,000 per annum
