We are on an exciting growth path, with several exciting R&D projects and significant projects due to start in the coming months and we are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join the sales and marketing team in the role of Marketing Executive and assist us in ensuring we effectively communicate our brands’ message and reach the right audience. This role reports to the Group Marketing Manager, with whom you will work closely to develop and implement the group’s marketing strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create content such as editorial, images, videos, blogs and projects etc
  • Write for a variety of audiences, from non-technical end users to project managers, consultant engineers, clients and architects
  • Assist in conducting research into both products and buyers
  • Carry out SEO research and ensure that the websites and digital marketing are search engine optimised
  • Assist in organising events
  • Maintain and update databases using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Assist in internal communications and reinforce organisation’s culture
  • Submit applications to various industry awards and prepare content for industry articles
  • Record and report monthly figures

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities  
  • Self-starter capable of working independently, identifying opportunities and ensuring to meet deadlines  
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud namely Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro & Acrobat Pro will be a distinct advantage
  • Adherence to all company policies as outlined in Employee Handbook
  • Other duties as required by management

Head Office: Ashbourne, Co Meath

This is a hybrid role

Salary:

€26,000-€33,000 depending on experience
