Shane Gargan

Shane Gargan is an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex construction, fit out and maintenance projects. Beginning his career as a finishing carpenter, Shane has progressed through roles including Project Foreman and Site Manager, developing a comprehensive understanding of construction delivery and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Shane plays a key role in managing projects from planning through to completion, overseeing programme delivery, subcontractor management, quality control and health and safety compliance. His extensive trade background and expertise in coordinating finishing trades ensure the highest standards of workmanship are achieved across every project.

He has successfully delivered projects across a wide range of sectors, including live and sensitive environments where careful planning and minimal disruption are essential. Drawing on experience gained within the maintenance division of FLS Aerospace, Shane is particularly skilled at managing work in occupied buildings and operational facilities.

In addition, Shane holds BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance Certification, enabling him to lead specialist teams in the compliant installation, inspection and maintenance of fire doors. His practical knowledge, attention to detail, and collaborative leadership style ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
