Tomás is Managing Director of McKeon Group. He has been working with McKeon Group since 1995. Tomás has extensive knowledge and expertise in multiple technical areas and is a member of the Institute of Engineers Ireland (MIEI). As a leader who is constantly driving innovation, Tomás’s CPD is focused on new technology with certificates and qualifications in Crestron, Extron, Cisco (CCNA), Alvarion and several business management courses, including the Plato Programme & Enterprise Ireland ‘Go Global 4 Growth’ programmes. He is currently working towards becoming a chartered engineer and has particular experience of strategic planning, management and successfully delivering multiple projects. Tomás concentrates on the sustainable growth, strategic partnerships and expansion of the group.

Clíona Molloy (BBS Hons, MBS in Safety and Health at Work, CMIOSH) is a Director at McKeon Group. As a company director, Clíona has played a key role in developing McKeon Group as a leading player in the construction and building services industries. In addition to overseeing McKeon Group’s health & safety policy, Clíona, an IOSH chartered member, is also responsible for human resources and contract administration. She is dedicated to ensuring McKeon Group delivers superior customer service built on quality systems delivered safely.

Aidan is with McKeon Group since 1997 and is a key member of the company board. As a Director, Aidan is responsible for the strategic direction of the group and operational quality assurance. He has direct responsibility for the 360Works Division and has extensive experience in managing and overseeing multiple complex projects, with multi-disciplinary specialist contractors and employees. Apart from his wealth of technical knowledge, Aidan has particular experience of strategic planning, managing and overseeing projects in live and critical environments.

Paul Lynch, a professional with extensive experience as a strategic advisor to the Group over nearly four years, assumes a new and esteemed role as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors. This appointment comes at an exciting juncture as the company embarks on the next phase of its sustainable growth. Drawing upon his rich background in diverse sectors such as construction and technology, Paul brings a wealth of expertise. His deep understanding of these industries, coupled with his values that closely align with those of McKeon Group, positions him exceptionally well to oversee the board's activities and ensure its optimal performance. With Paul at the helm, the Board of Directors can rely on his astute guidance and accountability. He is committed to upholding the highest standards and driving the company towards continued success. Seán O’Reilly is Chief Financial Officer of McKeon Group. Seán is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has over 16 years’ experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors. As CFO, Seán plays a vital role in creating value for the group by leading the strategic planning and control of the group’s finances, ERP and accounts team. His focus of expertise is in forensic accounting, Power BI and data analytics for which he holds an additional diploma and certificate qualifications. Seán also has a wealth of experience in IT management and is a major catalyst for process automation and improvement for the group.

Paul McKenna is the Sales and Marketing Director for McKeon Group, with 20 years’ experience in project services as a qualified electrician and experienced project manager, he now heads up our business development and marketing department. Paul plays a lead role in acquiring and winning new business for the group. Paul provides a platform for sustainable growth by developing key relationships, identifying new routes to market, testing the current client experience, introducing change based on data analysis and trend identification in both sales and operations. With responsibility for all marketing activity, Paul has a strong focus on "Out to In" innovative solutions, ensuring the messaging and direction of McKeon Group informs and is aligned with the needs of our clients.

Paddy joined McKeon Group in 2018 as a contract manager and in 2019 took up the role of Construction Director. With oversight of all construction activities, Paddy ensures our high-quality standards and innovative design solutions are the foundation of every project. Paddy leads our construction team, ensuring the continued growth and development of McKeon Group. Paddy has over 17 years’ construction industry experience, his previous roles include site engineer, project manager and contract manager. Paddy has successfully managed commercial, education, residential and fit-out contracts with budgets ranging from €250,000 to €20 million.

Declan joined us as Group Commercial Director in 2023. Declan brings a wealth of industry experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by profession and over 35 years of experience in the Irish Construction Industry. He previously worked with another Construction company for 31 years, which included 25 years as a Director.

As the Director of Strategy and Innovation for McKeon Group, Stephen Lyons is developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and success. In this role, Stephen leverages his extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and business development to identify and evaluate new market opportunities, assess potential risks and challenges, and develop strategic plans that align with the company's long-term goals. Stephen works closely with McKeon Group's leadership team to ensure the company competes in today's dynamic business environment. He is also responsible for driving innovation across the organisation, helping to identify and implement new technologies and processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

Jim Wheatley is an engineer with an honours degree in business management and has over thirty years’ experience in the construction services industry.   Jim has successfully managed large projects in education, medical, industrial and commercial sectors for diverse clients, and with the leading architectural and engineering practices. He has particular experience in managing sensitive projects in live environments. Jim is fully committed to the continuous professional development of his team and as well as his own.

A highly skilled electrical project/contract manager. Neil has been with McKeon Group since starting his electrical apprenticeship. Upon completion of same, he progressed to Electrical Supervisor and Foreman and is now our MEP Director. During that time, he has worked on a wide variety of electrical contracts across all industries. Neil has a wide range of experience working in restricted site areas, live-occupied buildings, and various campuses. He has experience acting as an electrical foreman in projects across third-level education, commercial, retail, food, and plant sectors. He has a proven track record in meeting client and design teams’ expectations.

Veronica joined McKeon Group with over 12 years’ experience in construction. Veronica has a wealth of health & safety construction experience in a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, education and healthcare. Veronica is responsible for ensuring McKeon Group remains compliant with all health & safety legislation while also implementing new processes and procedures. Veronica works closely with Clíona Molloy, Director to build a highly effective strategy to develop and implement the long-term health & safety business goals. Veronica is the lead in identifying new and on-going safety related training requirements and ensuring all mandatory training is in place.

Matthew joined in 2021 as procurement manager for the group. Matthew has over 24 years experience across a wide variety of sectors in the construction industry. He has successfully managed procurement in residential, refurbishment, joinery, civils, commercial and healthcare over the years. He has worked on projects ranging from €500,000 to €30 million. The restoration of St Mel’s Cathedral in Longford between 2012-2014 would be a career highlight. At the time it was the largest restoration project in Europe with a project value of €20 million. Matthew’s focus is on securing the best value for the group while maintaining a core value of product performance and quality.

Gemma Kerley (BBS Hons Marketing and eBusiness) is an experienced Marketing Manager who has worked in multiple industries, including Lighting, SaaS, Manufacturing and Construction. She brings a wealth of knowledge from marketing strategy to digital marketing to the team. She has our client's wants and needs always at the forefront of her mind and will strive to satisfy them. She particularly enjoys Digital Marketing as it allows her to analyse the results in real-time and test new ways to improve them.
