Overview
As Project Supervisor Construction Stage for the project, we partnered with the design house Think Contemporary to bring their design to life on-site, which involved working on and developing four floors of unique office space.
The team created new office space, meeting rooms and open-plan working areas for each floor. This design included implementing new double-glazed partitions, new flooring, and a new kitchen and dining area on each level of the building. This design, coupled with the completion of fireproofing works in accordance with current regulations as set out by FactFire, helped create a safe, inviting and comfortable work environment.
Sustainability
At McKeon Group, we are committed to improving sustainability in construction works. In this office fit out, we segregated our waste, recycled carpet, and reused tiles.
These efforts helped minimise waste and reduce the project’s environmental impact.
