Overview
The project transformed the historic property into a premium flexible workspace offering private offices, meeting rooms, co-working spaces and business support facilities. Delivered within a live operational environment, the works required careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
A key objective of the project was to preserve and enhance the building’s original character while introducing the modern infrastructure required for contemporary office use. Existing finishes were carefully removed and restored, original timber features were stripped back and refurbished, and bespoke joinery was crafted to complement the building’s architectural heritage.
Extensive internal alterations were undertaken to improve functionality and maximise usable space, while new mechanical, electrical and data services were installed throughout to support a modern, technology-enabled workplace. The completed development successfully combines the elegance and character of a historic Georgian building with the comfort, flexibility and connectivity expected of a modern workspace.
