Our work for DCU ranges in both size and nature and can involve anything from painting a classroom to an entire lab-room fit out. It also includes flooring, partitioning, furnishing, carpeting, tiling, window-fitting and demolition.
Our highly experienced team consists of contract managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, skilled carpenters and tradespeople who are knowledgeable and effective collaborators with the DCU Estates team on projects.
So the University is not disrupted during these works; many are scheduled to take place during the Summer.
Our team are incredibly experienced at working in live environments, so when needed, we can carry out construction and maintenance services in the busy, live University environment. For this kind of work to take place in such an environment, we meticulously plan the programme of work with the utmost consideration for health and safety so we can deliver these projects efficiently and safely.
