Anne is an experienced Quality Manager with a strong track record of driving quality excellence across complex construction projects. She works closely with project teams to embed quality assurance at every stage of delivery, supporting the development of quality plans, inspection processes, compliance procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

With extensive experience in quality management systems, document control and project governance, Anne plays a key role in maintaining the high standards that underpin McKeon Group’s reputation for quality and delivery. She is also responsible for quality onboarding and training, helping to foster a culture of accountability, consistency and continuous improvement across the business.
