Liam is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years’ experience in cost management, estimating and commercial delivery across the construction sector. With a background in the financial services industry, he brings strong commercial acumen and a detail-oriented approach to project cost control and financial management.

Liam plays a key role throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing pricing, estimating, tender preparation, contract review and cost management. He has extensive experience managing projects of varying scale and complexity, including the successful commercial oversight of a large-scale fit out upgrade programme comprising over 400 projects nationwide.

His expertise ensures projects are delivered with robust cost certainty, effective budget control and a strong focus on value for clients.
