We are delighted to share that our 360Works division have retained the building and fabric maintenance contract with University College Dublin. This is fantastic news for everyone involved, and we couldn’t be prouder!

Our 360Works division will continue to care for all the building maintenance needs at UCD and will be responsible for:

   – Planned Preventive Maintenance: Keeping everything in top shape to prevent issues.
   – Reactive Maintenance: Fixing problems as soon as they arise.
   – Emergency Maintenance Services: Being there when urgent issues pop up.
   – Building Fabric Repairs: Addressing any flaws in the building structures.

Scope of Work

Our skilled team will handle a variety of tasks to ensure the university’s buildings are safe and functional, including:

   – Roof Repairs and Safety
   – Floor Maintenance
   – Wall and Ceiling Repairs
   – Maintaining Automatic Doors
   – Fire Door Maintenance
