We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team and assist us in ensuring we fulfil our promise to plan, communicate and deliver projects of highest standard with an emphasis on safety, sustainability and quality.

Various construction sites
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting the site manager with day to day activities and Administrative Duties
- Document control on site in line with our Quality Management System
- Assistance with report preparation
- Daily diary Upkeep
- Drawing control and Drawing Register maintenance
- Assisting Health and Safety Department on tasks including carrying out site inductions, checking all certs and paperwork, filing and regular site walks
- Assist site Manager with RFI register
- Control of deliveries and delivery dockets
- Ensuring Site Housekeeping is up to standard
- Scheduling meetings and acting as minute taker
- Assist with purchasing duties
- Assistance with O&M preparation
- Other duties as assigned by Site Manager
Experience Required
- Experience in a similar administrative role required
- Experience in the Construction Industry and current Safe Pass desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word / Excel / Powerpoint and web based filing solutions
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation
- Should have the ability to work well in a team based environment
- Should be honest, flexible, efficient and self motivated

€27,000-€32,000 depending on experience
