Fit Out at Coillte HQ

The Coillte Headquarters is a timber frame building designed to accentuate the clients core principle to “Build Strong Businesses from Sustainable Forests”.

Coillte needed to modernise its Newtownmountkennedy HQ to create new open-plan office space, new low-density offices, demolish and create new WC’s, fit out a new canteen, add acoustic treatments and refurbishment of all finishes throughout the building.

Fit out elements include soft strip to office areas, demolition/excavation to WC’s, raised access flooring, stud partitions, ceiling alterations, acoustic panelling, glazed partitions, joinery, repair and treatment to exposed timber, electrical design & installation, mechanical installations, decorations, floor finishes and soft furnishing.

The project programme of 6 weekswas a challenge, as the building remained in use for the duration of the works. The project’s success required extensive and frequent “look ahead” programme meetings with the client.
