Creche Fit Out

Our 360Works team are proud to have delivered a complete fit out at Archers Wood Creche, located on the outskirts of Delgany, Co. Wicklow.

The project involved a comprehensive fit out of the new two-storey facility, emphasising sustainability and ensuring compliance with TUSLA recommendations and requirements.

Our team meticulously carried out all aspects of the project to comply with these requirements, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The project included installing new electrical systems, fire alarms, access controls, and emergency lighting. We also upgraded the existing power supply to accommodate the new facility, which includes a new commercial kitchen on the first floor.

We were responsible for installing new mechanical systems, including a new heat booster pump, air conditioning units, radiant panels, and junior and staff bathrooms. Similarly, the team implemented new fire-rated partitions and doors, new suspended ceilings and non-slip vinyl throughout, alongside handrails and guardrails on internal stairs.

Our work on this creche fit out was tailored to meet the client's needs and preferences, emphasising functionality and environmental responsibility. The completed fit out ensures a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for children and staff alike.
