Overview
The works in UCD involve general building maintenance services across the entire campus. This includes reactive and planned preventative maintenance, minor repairs and maintenance, emergency calls and small works.
We provided a complete operational and management solution for the University’s operation and maintenance requirements and all that is necessary for the delivery of the required performance and/or for the execution of specified work activities including labour and other personnel with appropriate skills, including technical and management expertise.
360Works
The 360Works division provides high volume, minor works construction contract services. Designed to meet our client's need for a high-quality construction and fit out contractor to support their smaller alteration and installation projects. This service is key to our client’s business continuity and our trusted client relationships.We provide repeat project services to businesses in challenging environments to allow them to continue their development without interruption.

In 2021, McKeon Group was successfully appointed as the General Building Maintenance contractor for UCD.
UCD Technical Services team required a contractor with a strong background in Building Maintenance and a proven record for excellent services in similar large-scale institutions or industries, with the resources to provide a full-time onsite Service Coordinator and tradespeople.
