Sports Pavilion Construction and Fitout

In 2021, we finished the Sports Pavilion Construction and Fitout in Cherrywood.  There were delays to this project due to Covid-19. It involved building four changing rooms, a plant room, and a bathroom. We then completed the landscaping and two bicycle shelters in this Greenfield Site. McKeon Group was the main contractor responsible for all Construction and M&E works on this Sports Pavilion Construction and Fitout. Despite being a small structure, there were quite a few works to be completed. The site required drainage, groundwork, and civil works to get it ready. We used a pre-cast concrete slab for the roof with a Paralon green roof finish. Then, we completed the blockwork and external render, and installed the hook & rail system and benching. Finally, we added the external windows & doors, external signage, and perimeter fencing around the underground water tank. We capped off the project with some beautiful wall & floor finishes including Whiterock for wet areas with an epoxy resin floor.
