McKeon Group have provided construction and maintenance services to Dublin City University for over 20 years. Our work for DCU ranges in both size and nature and can involve anything from painting a classroom to an entire lab-room fit out. It also includes flooring, partitioning, furnishing, carpeting, tiling, window-fitting and demolition.

Our highly experienced team consists of contract managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, skilled carpenters and tradespeople that are knowledgeable and effective at collaborating on projects with the DCU Estates team.

So the University is not disrupted during these works; many are scheduled to take place during the Summer. We are incredibly skilled in working in live environments, so when needed, we carry out construction and maintenance services in the live and busy University environment. For this kind of work to take place in such an environment, we meticulously plan the programme of work with the utmost consideration for health and safety so we can deliver these projects efficiently and safely.
