Overview
The project involved a comprehensive fit out of the new two-storey facilities, emphasising sustainability and ensuring compliance with TUSLA recommendations and requirements.
Our team meticulously executed all aspects of the project to meet these requirements, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
The Outcome
The project included installing new electrical systems, fire alarms, access controls, and emergency lighting. We also upgraded the existing power supply to accommodate the new facilities, including a commercial kitchen on the first floor.
We were responsible for installing new mechanical systems, including a heat booster pump, air-conditioning units, radiant panels, and junior and staff bathrooms. Similarly, the team implemented new fire-rated partitions and doors, suspended ceilings and non-slip vinyl throughout, along with handrails and guardrails on internal stairs.
Our work on this creche fit out was tailored to meet the client’s needs and preferences, emphasising functionality and environmental responsibility. The completed fit out ensures a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for children and staff alike.
