Overview
This hotel renovation included installing decorative wall panelling, picture rails and wallpaper, new flooring to the restaurant, bar and lobby, giving each area a contemporary feel.
We skillfully reupholstered the existing furniture in line with our commitment to sustainability. We also implemented custom joinery in the restaurant and bar, and created new, improved partitions to optimise the space.
The hotel’s ambience was further elevated with modern lighting solutions, stunning decorative elements, and the removal and replacement of the server counter.

Working in a live environment presents unique challenges that our expert team addressed head-on.
To manage this project effectively, we developed a strategic phased plan. This approach allowed us to progress in less-occupied areas at specific times of day or week. By carefully scheduling our activities, we ensured the hotel continued to provide an exceptional guest experience while we carried out our upgrades.
