Overview
Works were undertaken across all four floors including corridors, reception area, restaurant, bar and lounges.
Works comprised of stripping out and re-building walls and frames in corridors and rooms, repairs to concrete, fire-proofing, mechanical and electrical installations and all finishing work including painting, tiling and carpeting in a live and noise sensitive environment.
The hotel remained open for business throughout the entire course of the work so every precaution was taken to ensuring the comfort, safety and well-being of the staff and guests. The programme of works was successfully designed to avoid any disruption of the day-to-day running of the hotel.
