Overview
This project involved the construction of high-end 3-storey timber frame houses with a combination of brick and render on the external leaf.
We completed the dormer roof construction successfully with a Trocal finish. Inside, the roof space incorporated a generous en-suite bathroom and bedroom. Internal finishes in all properties were of showhouse quality.
We used Kilsaran Aqua Permeable Paving on all front driveways alongside automated sliding gates in order to add elegance. Concurrently, we built a granite patio area to the rear along with seeded lawns for a quality finish.
External services involved laying new surfaces and foul drainage lines. We worked with Irish Water to install a 100mm water main to provide a supply to the development. In order to enhance accessibility in the new homes, new public footpaths were built along the road.
These beautifully designed homes come with a high degree of insulation and energy-saving technology. Due to this, these five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes have an A2 BER rating.
