Restoration and Fit Out

The Office Suites Club flagship office is a Beautiful Georgian Building in the heart of the city and we were tasked with the restoration and fit-out project for our client.

Office Suites offer a range of flexible workspaces. These include day offices, meeting spaces, virtual offices and co-working spaces. They also boast a full-time own-door private office for teams of 1 to 50 people.

This restoration and fit out project, completed whilst the premises remained fully operational, required a passionate team to both embrace and enhance the building's original features and also bring the quality of finish requisite of a hospitality club replete with the latest in conferencing technology.

Substantial internal alterations were made, redundant coverings and finishes removed, millimetres depth of paint layers were carefully stripped back to the original timber, and bespoke joinery was crafted to accentuate the blend of the buildings time and its modern use. New spaces were formed to maximise space, and new building services infrastructure was added to provide comfort and workspace. Contemporary fittings and furniture are installed to bring drama to this beautifully finished space.
