The works involve General Building Maintenance Services across the entire campus including reactive and planned preventative maintenance, minor repairs and maintenance, emergency calls and small works. We provided a complete operational and management solution for the University’s operation and maintenance requirements and all that is necessary for the delivery of the required performance and/or for the execution of specified work activities including labour and other personnel with appropriate skills, technical expertise and management expertise.
